Where to Enjoy Yoga in the Hills

For centuries, the practice of yoga has been regarded as a nourishing and healing activity for physical and mental wellbeing. The benefits of yoga are endless, and practicing regularly creates strength, awareness, and harmony in the body and mind. There are more than one hundred different types of yoga, and most sessions are typically comprised of breathing exercises, meditation, and postures or poses that stretch and flex various muscle groups. Whether you’re an advanced practitioner or just starting out, taking a yoga class in Hocking Hills, Ohio is guaranteed to make your day a little brighter.

Bowen House

Join the friendly Hocking Hills community every Thursday at 5:30 PM at the Bowen House for a stress-relieving, all-levels yoga class!
