4 Things You Need to Do at R Adventure Park
Ride the ATVs 
As the only ATV rental facility in the Hocking Hills, R Adventure Park has user-friendly ATVs for riders of all skill levels. They offer both Kawasaki Brute Force 300’s and Suzuki Kingquad 400’s, perfect for both beginners and experts. You will get a great orientation before you head out. Then, it’s time to hit the trails! Conquer the park’s 14-mile trail system on your own or opt for a guided tour through the Wayne National Forest. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to make a reservation in advance!
Check Out the Ropes Course
Did you know that R Adventure Park is home to the world’s largest family ropes course? Take your whole family or use it as a fun date idea. Put your harness on and tackle 64 challenges and obstacles in front of you! You’ll find tightropes, balance beams, cargo nets, and more. Levels of difficulty range from moderate to advanced, and children 42″ or taller can participate.
Play Paintball
Let off some steam on the paintball field! R Adventure Park has two paintball courses for you to enjoy. The speedball field is full of inflatables just like the pros play, and the woodsball field is great for those who prefer a stealthier approach. The park offers equipment rentals for those just starting out, or you are more than welcome to bring your own gear. Tippman markers and high-quality paint complete the experience.
Defy Gravity at the Moonshiner’s Mystery Shack
The Moonshiner’s Mystery Shack is an experience unlike any other. Legend has it that the R Adventure Park staff were exploring the woods when they found a fallen building that was once a moonshine distillery. They had such a hard time maintaining their balance in this area that they realized that the rules of gravity did not apply! Now, you can visit this reimagined shack and enjoy its 14 interactive demonstrations for yourself.
