We hear you! Our friendly staff has compiled a list of frequently asked questions to ensure you’re informed before your upcoming stay to the Hocking Hills.

Do you have a hot tub or swimming pool?
We have hot tubs at our lodges. Our cottages, Tree House and Strong Wolf Cabins have whirlpool tubs. The Dogwood Cabin has a soaking tub. There is beach access for swimming at Lake Hope or Lake Logan during the summer months.

Are there trails to get to any of the state parks from our property?
Not directly as we don’t want non-guests to access our property. However, the closest ones are Rose Lake and Cedar Falls which are both ½ mile.

What type of breakfast is included in the stay?
Breakfast is a full seasonal menu with daily entrees made from scratch as well as our fruit, granola and yogurt offerings. View a sample menu here.

Where is the closest ATM or gas station?
There is an ATM at Grandma Fayes (about 5 minutes from the Inn) and the closest gas station is Harpers Gas in S. Bloomingville (about 10 minutes from the Inn).

Do you sell bug spray or sun screen?
At the current time we do not sell either of these products, but they can be purchased at Grandma Faye’s or the Old Man’s Cave General Store.

What days and times are you open for lunch?
We serve lunch Thursday through Monday from 11:00am to 2:00pm from Memorial Day Weekend until late October every year.

How should I dress for dinner?
Casual, jeans and shorts are fine. Although some guests choose to dress up for special occasions.

Can I stay one night only on weekends?
You can during our off season. But, during the peak season you cannot. Although, on Wednesday of the week leading into the weekend, we will open up for a one night stay if it’s available.

Can we check in early?
This is an option for an additional fee when available. Please contact the office at 740-385-7489 for details.

Is there a fire pit?
Yes, there is a fire pit located at the end of the large garden for our Cabin, Yurt and Geodome guests. There is also a fire pit in the cottage cul-de-sac for Cottage guest use.
