2. Explore Rockbridge State Nature Preserve 

Rockbridge State Nature Preserve is another great place to explore Ohio’s great outdoors. This 220-acre nature preserve is home to hiking trails and diverse geological formations like the Rockbridge Natural Bridge. This natural bridge is more than 100 feet long and up to 20 feet wide, so it’s truly a sight to behold!  

3. Have a Picnic

You’ll have access to their 28-inch telescope in the roll-off roof observatory or the option to set up your own telescope and gear. If the moon, planets, stars, and galaxies are within view, you are sure to see them! Be sure to reserve an on-site parking spot before visiting, as they limit the number of cars allowed in the lot.
