For Thanksgiving
There are so many fun ways to spend a Thanksgiving getaway in the Hocking Hills. This year, book a stay in one of our cozy cottages or Pacific-style yurts to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast to-go! For Christmas
The Hocking Hills transforms into a winter wonderland during December! Two of our favorite festive events are the holiday cookie baking class at the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and Christmas in Ash Cave. Learn how to make Chef Matt’s favorite holiday treat at the cookie baking class. The class price includes instruction, recipes, ingredients, lunch, and a bag of cookies to-go! No trip to the Hocking Hills would be complete without at least one outdoor adventure. Christmas in Ash Cave is the perfect option for outdoor fun during the winter! This annual event features a lighted hike to Ash Cave, followed by hot chocolate and Christmas carols by an open fire. It’s a great event for family’s traveling with children, as Santa always makes an appearance! Learn more about the 2022 event here.

Consider a stay in Thelma’s Retreat. This lodge sleeps up to eight guests, with two master suites and two queen bedrooms. It also has 3.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. During the winter months, enjoy beautiful views of snow cover from the large picture windows. Thelma’s Retreat sits on 5.5 private, wooded acres for ultimate privacy. This lodge also features an eight-person hot tub, a fire pit, a covered party deck, a pool table, and more!
