CHANGES WE’RE MAKING AT THE INN & SPA AT CEDAR FALLS BEFORE REOPENING
In recent weeks, the world as we know it has changed in many ways. Surreal is an understatement, but with time and everyone practicing social distancing, we will beat this public health crisis together. When the time comes for The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls to welcome guests again, we will have taken some additional measures to ensure the health and safety of both our staff and our guests.
Here are some of the things you may notice that are different the next time you stay with us.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
Email confirmations from The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls will now be even more informative! In the email confirming your reservation, you will find a list of what items will be in your room (such as additional cleaning supplies, etc.). Your welcome email, arriving in your inbox a few days prior to your arrival, will give you information for which area attractions will be open during your stay, the carry out and delivery menus for our restaurant, Kindred Spirits that will be available to you and a list of our favorite hiking trails that are the least crowded so you can practice social distancing with ease.
We believe that planning ahead and knowing what’s available to you will give you the peace of mind you are looking for during your next staycation!
NO CONTACT CHECK IN/OUT
We know that your check-in experience is important to you. Many of you love to see our Front Desk Team year after year, to browse in our expertly crafted gift shop and to get information on activities, trails and adventures to be had in our area. However, during these unprecedented times, we’ve decided to offer an optional “no physical contact” option to all of our guests. Instructions on how to do so will be outlined in your confirmation email should you prefer this option.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING SUPPLIES
We’ve always gone above and beyond where cleanliness is concerned and will continue to do so; however, should you desire to have additional cleaning supplies in your room, such as disinfecting wipes or gloves, please let us know a few days prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you as supplies allow. We want to be your close, clean, and safe place to get away. Ensuring you feel comfortable, safe, and happy is our top priority!

To add to your level of comfort, you’ll see options for complimentary breakfast delivery to your accommodation, an expanded brown bag lunch menu as well as an option to have carry out dinner and drinks in your accommodation. This means you can enjoy your delectable meal and your favorite cocktail, local beer, or a bottle of wine from our tavern from the comfort of your room, cottage, cabin, or yurt! Better yet, dine on your porch under the stars while listening to the sounds of nature.
